Payment rules and payment security, information confidentiality

Service of payment in the Internet is carried out according to the Rules of international payment systems Visa, MasterCard and Payment system MIR on the principles of confidentiality and security of payment, using the most modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission over closed communication channels. Bank card data is entered on the secure payment page of one of the acquiring operators: Sberbank JSC, Paypal or YandexKassa.

Cases of payment denial:

  • the bank card is not intended for Internet payments, you can find out about it by contacting your bank;
  • there is not enough money on your card to make a payment. You can find out more about funds availability on the bank card, by contacting the bank which issued the bank card;
  • bank card data was entered incorrectly;
  • the validity period of the bank card has expired. As a rule, the expiration date of the card is indicated on the front side of the card (month and year until which the card is valid). You can find out more about the expiration date of the card by contacting your bank;

Personal information you provide (name, address, phone, e-mail, bank card number) is confidential and will not be disclosed. Your credit card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on our Web-server.

Terms of delivery

Delivery of your order is carried out by SDEK or Russian Post shipping companies. Your order is delivered by courier to the door or to the pickup point. You can pick up your order yourself. You can choose the desired rate, time and cost of shipment in the "Ordering". Shipping cost will be included in the total price of the order. We ship out your orders within 30 hours after the payment is made, excluding holidays and weekends. We pass your order to the shipping company. Delivery time is also specified in the “Ordering” section when you choose a delivery method.
In our online shop you can pay for your order by bank cards through the acquiring system Sberbank, Paypal, YandexKassa.

Terms for return of goods

Card payments do not allow cash refund. Return policy is regulated by the rules of international payment systems.
  • The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time prior to their transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days;
  • Return of good quality goods is possible if its presentation and consumer properties are preserved, as well as the document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified goods;
  • The consumer has no right to refuse the goods of proper quality, which have individually specific properties, if the specified goods can be used exclusively by the person who purchases it;
  • If the consumer rejects the goods, the seller must refund the amount of money paid by the consumer under the contract, except for the seller's expenses for delivery of the returned goods from the consumer, no later than ten days from the date of the consumer's claim;
In order to get a refund to your bank card, you must fill out the "Money Refund Application" which will be sent by the Company to your e-mail address upon request and send it, along with a copy of your passport, to korolkovashop@gmail.com.

The refund will be made to the bank card within 21 (twenty-one) business days from the date of receipt of the "Money Refund Application" by the Company.

To get the refund for transactions made in error, you must apply in writing and enclose a copy of your passport and checks/receipts confirming the erroneous debit. This application must be sent to korolkovashop@gmail.com
